EMDR can change the way your mind and body react to your trauma.
And the way you think and feel about yourself.

So What is EMDR?

  • Together we will develop self-regulation skills to use on your own and during EMDR.

  • We choose which type of bilateral stimulation you’ll use:

    1. Watch an object move back and forth at a comfortable pace

    2. Hold a vibrating pulser in each hand

    3. Tap yourself gently on either side of your body alternately.

  • In session we work with memories, beliefs, emotions, etc. while using the tapping, vibrating, or eye movement. We go at your pace, and I support you through the process.
